Accessibility
KC’s Best Dispensaries is designed to work with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, high-contrast settings and reduced-motion preferences. Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
A skip link, visible keyboard focus, semantic headings and labeled landmarks help people move through each page without a mouse.
Focus moves into the open menu, stays within it while open, returns to the menu button after Escape, and an outside tap closes it without activating the page beneath.
Every ranked map has a text list of the same five locations. Current-location use is optional, status changes are announced, and directions remain available as ordinary links.
Text contrast, zoom-friendly layouts, large touch targets, reduced motion and operating-system contrast modes are supported.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA as the technical benchmark. The U.S. Department of Justice identifies WCAG as useful technical guidance and recommends pairing automated checks with manual testing. See ADA.gov’s web-accessibility guidance.
Testing includes keyboard-only navigation, focus order and visibility, page structure, labels, link purpose, responsive zoom, color contrast, reduced motion and text alternatives. Third-party destinations have their own accessibility practices and are outside this site’s control.
If something is difficult to use, email sales@kcsbestdispensaries.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved when possible. We will investigate and provide the same information another way while a fix is pending.
This statement describes the site’s accessibility target and current practices; it is not a legal certification or a guarantee that every third-party service is conformant.
