Report a factual problem with a business listing—such as an address, phone number, hours, website or social-media page. This form is not for proposing changes to our rankings.

What happens next

  1. Your correction enters a private review queue.
  2. We check the detail against the store’s own information and other reliable sources.
  3. We show the site owner the proposed change and what we found, then ask for approval.
  4. Once approved, we update the listing. A factual correction does not change its ranking.

An official business page, state record or current social post helps us verify the correction.
Used for a receipt, review result or clarification. Updates include a private opt-out and deletion link. It will not be published or used for marketing. Personal submission data is retained for up to 90 days while review is active.
