Two quick answers

What shoppers ask

Which dispensary is our top pick in Kansas City, Missouri?

From The Earth Brookside is our first all-around suggestion within Kansas City, Missouri. The choice of products, online ordering and drive-thru make it useful for both a first browse and a planned pickup.

Are all five dispensaries state licensed?

Yes. We checked all five against Missouri’s dispensary records. This guide covers licensed dispensaries on the Missouri side of the metro; smoke shops and hemp-only retailers are outside its scope.
