Medical + Recreational
Why it made this list

Fresh Karma’s house brands and rewards offers are worth checking together. We’d choose the better final basket price rather than assume a first-visit headline will beat the other options.

Two quick answers

What shoppers ask

Where should first-time shoppers compare dispensary discounts?

The Forest is our first stop for a qualifying first-time patient offer, followed by Key’s first-purchase rewards offer. Both were recorded at 20%; confirm the current terms before planning around either discount.

Are all five dispensaries state licensed?

Yes. We checked all five against Missouri’s dispensary records. This guide covers licensed dispensaries on the Missouri side of the metro; smoke shops and hemp-only retailers are outside its scope.

Our review standards

Always Current, Always Accurate

Reviewed October 1, 2026

Missouri licenses checked. Our recommendations draw on state records, store pages and menus, rather than in-person visits or product testing. The reasons above explain why we’d choose each store. See how we rank.

Check the details that matter to your trip

Hours, stock and offers can change between our reviews. Check the store’s current details before leaving, especially for a late pickup, holiday visit or specific product. Found something out of date? Send us a correction.
