Why it made this list

Brookside is a useful all-around starting point when you want product choice without committing to a long trip. The drive-thru and later Friday–Saturday pickup add flexibility after you’ve chosen what you want.

Grandview / South Metro

ReLeaf Resources

Medical + Recreational
Why it made this list

ReLeaf gives Grandview a distinct advantage for an awkward schedule: 24-hour drive-thru and express pickup. We’d choose it for that collection flexibility and confirm separately if an indoor visit is the plan.

Two quick answers

What shoppers ask

Which dispensary is our top pick in South Kansas City?

From The Earth Brookside is our first all-around south-KC suggestion for its product range and pickup options. For a trip farther south or east, ReLeaf, Greenlight Stateline, Key Prospect and Flora Farms may fit your route better.

Are all five dispensaries state licensed?

Yes. We checked all five against Missouri’s dispensary records. This guide covers licensed dispensaries on the Missouri side of the metro; smoke shops and hemp-only retailers are outside its scope.

Our review standards

Always Current, Always Accurate

Reviewed October 1, 2026

Missouri licenses checked. Our recommendations draw on state records, store pages and menus, rather than in-person visits or product testing. The reasons above explain why we’d choose each store. See how we rank.

Check the details that matter to your trip

Hours, stock and offers can change between our reviews. Check the store’s current details before leaving, especially for a late pickup, holiday visit or specific product. Found something out of date? Send us a correction.
